I came here a couple weeks ago to get my nails done. I made an appointment ahead of time but I was taken 15 minutes later than my scheduled time. There was some confusion on what I wanted done with my nails and when I told Ruby because she was the first to take care of me she was extremely disrespectful. Not to mention afterwards she kept hopping between me and another person. Then told me “I have to wait” because her other appointment was there even though my appointment was first and I had been waiting longer. There was no respect for me or my time. In the end the gentleman that did my nails did a wonderful job and was very kind. They do great nails and are very clean but I won’t be returning.

Beautiful place, very clean and bright. However, I’ve had ruby the last few times. I expressed a complaint against her that it was rushed, thick and I was cut a few times. Since then she’s had an attitude every time I’ve gone in. Was just in on Saturday after Christmas and she was very rude. My nails look horrible, very thick, very sloppy. I had 2 broken nails and neither was fixed. Not too mention priced too high for my nails & my step daughters manicure with gel…$72 is ridiculous.

And the cost for the waxing was ridiculously high. And my gel was so bad that I was shocked. Within 3 days the gels started popping off and every single nail came off within one day. They offered to redo them – however after 45 minutes of waiting I left. And all they could say was so sorry, we are so busy. And yet there were literally only 2 other customers in there?!? Not only was I unhappy with the “quality” of Ruby’s work, I left there incredibly mad which is not how I like to spend my Sundays. I can’t say enough good things about Ruby. I took a picture of the nail shape I wanted and I got exactly that. The shape is perfect, polish is perfect, and I always get more than 2 weeks out of a set so I don’t have to rush in exactly 14 days later. I can go when it’s convenient. And in 4 years I have NEVER had a set last this long. Maybe close to a week until something broke or popped off if I was lucky and I’m not even exaggerating. It was a waste of money until now honestly. And that leads me to the prices. So affordable in my opinion. And she’s so fast but precise. I don’t ever feel rushed though. It’s so nice to have a nail tech who can get me in and out in less than an hour. I had my d aughter along with me and they made both of us feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything was very clean and attractive. Ruby did an amazing job on my powder dip nails. I am sad to say I will not return. It is very clean, close to me, and they are very nice!! BUT! When I told my nail tech NOT to use the rotary instrument on me for a regular manicure, she would not do my cuticles. She told me she could NOT do them because I did not want the drill. What happened to soaking and cuticle cream and the manual push back and light clip of cuticle?????? 20 years I have done my nails gel, regular, dip etc. never have I been told that my cuticles cannot be done except with rotary??

The woman that did my daughters nails was very snippy when my daughter stated that her nails were too wide and asked if she could make them more narrow.
